Role: Executive -Sales Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our Sales team in driving agent engagement, managing sales operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and travel partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team and Travel Partners with B2B portal onboarding and activation.
- Collect, verify, and follow up on mandatory onboarding documents.
- Maintain and update agency master data in Excel.
- Handle agent-related requests and queries.
- Coordinate with Portal, Technology, Accounts, and other internal teams as required.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls through IVR.
- Process credit requests received from the Sales Team.
- Verify KYC and supporting documents in the CRM.
- Update approved credit limits and policies in the system.
- Process credit enhancement and reduction requests as per approvals.
- Track pending approvals and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and approvals.
- Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and communications.
- Adhere to internal SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Travel Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
