Role: Travel Consultant / Sr. Travel Consultant (Marine Ticketing – ETS)
Location: Lower Parel (Mumbai)
Experience: 2+ Year
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Manage complete travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and rental transportation, in line with the client's travel policy and unique requirements.
- Liaise with hotel chains to secure Corporate and Marine rates, ensuring the best value for clients and fostering strong partnerships with accommodation providers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service for all booking requests, ensuring prompt responses, thorough follow-ups, and attention to detail.
- Leverage travel technologies to offer customers a diverse range of travel content and efficient, user-friendly solutions.
Experience:
- Experience in travel coordination or booking (Marine/Offshore experience preferred) for seasoned applicants.
