Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Consultant to manage air ticket issuance and post-booking operations. The role involves working closely with agents, ensuring accurate and timely ticketing, and delivering a smooth booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle air ticket issuance (domestic & international) through GDS/LCC portals
- Verify booking details, fares, and passenger information before issuance
- Manage queue handling and ensure timely processing of ticketing requests
- Perform reissuance, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for booking discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for ticketing and service delivery
- Provide support to travel agents for ticketing-related queries
- Maintain accuracy and minimize errors in ticket issuance
