Job Summary
The Offline Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling non-automated / manual flight bookings, fare validations, ticket issuance, amendments, refunds, and coordination with airlines and sales teams. The role requires strong GDS (Amadeus and Galileo) knowledge and expertise in managing offline airline processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
✈️ Booking & Ticketing
- Handle offline flight bookings (Domestic & International).
- Perform PNR creation, issuance, reissuance, cancellation, and refunds.
- Validate fares, taxes, and commission structures.
- Manage special service requests (SSR) & queue handling.
📞 Airline Coordination
- Liaise with airline support desks for:
- Manual fare approvals
- Waiver requests
- Schedule changes
- Refund approvals
- Ensure adherence to airline policies and ticketing deadlines (TTL).
- Manage LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per airline-specific processes.
- Handle NDC (New Distribution Capability) bookings,
