Role: Travel Consultant
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 2-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international flight amendments including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction as per airline policies.
- Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases.
- Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases.
- Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies.
- Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
- Maintain TAT and SLA as per company standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper case notes in the system.
- Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.
- Support escalations and complex amendment scenarios efficiently.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of international ticketing and amendment processes.
- Hands-on experience in GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Good understanding of fare construction and airline penalty structures.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage high volumes.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international air ticketing/amendments.
- Experience in B2B travel operations preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
