Role: Product Manager
Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Experience: 4-7 years
Education: B.Tech/MBA or equivalent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of features and modules, work closely with engineering and design, and deliver solutions that make travel agents' lives easier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on impact and effort.
- Gather requirements from business, operations and partner feedback.
- Prepare PRDs, wireframe briefs and user stories.
- Work with engineering and QA through sprint planning, development and release.
- Track feature performance using data and iterate based on insights.
- Coordinate with Support and Operations to resolve product issues quickly.
- Support go-to-market activities including release communication and training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL, analytics tools and Jira or similar tools.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
