About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our Marine division at Tripjack. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist marine clients with their travel needs, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of tickets and itineraries.
- Address client queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any travel-related challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, fares, and policies specific to marine travel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in marine operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- Complete night shift (mandatory).
